Patrick Pichette, as Vice President,, is responsible for the development and growth of Canada’s leading real estate website, and other technology services that help Canada’s REALTORS® and their businesses. As the head of the Product Management and IT Services departments, he is constantly evaluating the latest technology trends.

Patrick is also the staff liaison on CREA’s Technology Committee. Prior to joining CREA, he held marketing and product management leadership positions with MD Physician Services (a subsidiary of the Canadian Medical Association) and the Canadian Tourism Commission. When not at CREA, Patrick can easily be found at a local rink or baseball diamond coaching his favourite sports.

Prior to joining the Canadian Real Estate Association, Michael was President and CEO of the Railway Association of Canada. He has over 30 years of experience in government, public affairs and government relations. Michael is focused on and CREA’s other technology services; advocacy and regulatory matters as well as the reputation and public understanding of REALTORS® and the value they provide to property owners, buyers and sellers.

As the Executive Vice President Reputation, Randall McCauley helps shape the face of CREA and REALTORS® to the public and the media. Prior to joining CREA, Randall had a colourful career in politics with experience on Parliament Hill working with several Cabinet Ministers and a Prime Minister. He has also overseen Canadian government relations for a pharmaceutical company and was a founding Vice President of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority or CATSA. Away from work Randall is a former personal trainer who is almost getting old enough to golf, but has a few more years of kiteboarding left before he even looks at a set of clubs.

After serving eight years as Director of Communications, Linda Kristal shifted her focus to Federal Affairs and more in her role as CREA’s Vice-President (Interim), Advocacy. Linda’s career in Ottawa began on Parliament Hill working for an MP, Ministers and the Prime Minister over almost a decade as a political staffer. During that time she got to see the ins-and-outs of life on the Hill and a bird’s eye view into policy making. Linda is a devoted fan of winter and can usually be found outside from December to March.
