Banff Western Connection is Canada’s premier gathering of over 500 real estate professionals providing high caliber educational opportunities and unique opportunities for networking, building relationships and sharing industry information.

Exhibiting details:

  • A draped exhibit space; amenities such as electricity can be purchased through the show services provider.

  • Booth sizes available are 8' x 8' or 8' x 10' and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

  • Exhibitor name badges for two (2) individuals working at the booth will be provided. The name badges will give the exhibiting attendees access to the Thursday evening welcome reception, all breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks on Friday and Saturday.

Please do not leave any valuables in your exhibit booth while there is no representative at your booth.

Registration opens on Thursday, January 24, 2019 (5:00 pm – 8:00 pm) in the Mount Stephen Hall, and will thereafter be open daily from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.



Applications will continue to be accepted until the exhibit hall is sold out.

As a reminder, booth spaces were assigned in the following order:

  1. Sponsorship level

  2. Application Submission Date

  3. Previous year involvement

We did our best to accommodate your booth preferences indicated on the online application form; however, this cannot be guaranteed. The Conference Coordinator reserves the right to allocate space and reserves the right to alter the floor plan as necessary.



Booth space is CAD $1,800.00, plus GST (5%).

Two representatives per booth are included in this fee; additional representative passes can be purchased at the rate of $120 per person plus GST. Please note: exhibitor representatives are invited to the Thursday evening welcome reception, all breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks on Friday and Saturday. To attend the educational sessions, exhibitor representatives will need to purchase a full conference registration.

All exhibitor representatives will be required to wear name badges in the exhibit area. Each exhibitor will submit in advance a list of representative names, and purchase any additional exhibitor representative passes through the conference registration form. Name badges will be ready for exhibitors when they check in at the Banff Western Connection Registration Desk.

Exhibitors are requested to have their booth staffed during the Opening Reception, Thursday, January 24th from 5:00pm – 7:00pm. This is considered to be a valuable exhibiting time. Booth staff attending this event must check in at the Banff Western Connection Registration Desk to acquire a name badge, before 5:00 pm.

  8. Transportation, warehousing, customs brokerage charges, handling, set-up and dismantling costs.

The Fairmont Banff Springs will not accept advance freight shipments under any circumstances, and exhibitor goods are to be shipped to GES.  It is suggested that you have your goods shipped to the advance warehouse prior to show move-in. Once the goods are delivered to show site, GES will unload the inbound truck, deliver the goods to your booth and store empty crates. All shipments must be prepaid and consigned to the advance warehouse, as follows.

 Consolidate your goods to one shipment. Please call GES if you have more than one shipment. NOTE: A small item service is available, do NOT ship small items to the warehouse, and contact GES for details and office ship to address before shipping.

The conference hotel is the Fairmont Banff Springs. Exhibitors requiring room accommodation are requested to make reservations directly with the hotel.

Rates at the Fairmont Banff Springs

Room rates for the Banff Western Connection start at $231.00. All room rates will be subject to applicable taxes. Rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the Event Dates indicated in the Room Block, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.



Banff Western Connection, Fairmont Hotel Banff springs, and GES Canada will not be responsible for the safety of exhibits against robbery, damage by fire, accident or other causes. Exhibitors should provide their own insurance for equipment and displays.



In the event that the balance due for booth rental is not remitted by January 1, 2019, the committee has the exclusive right to cancel the agreement with the exhibitor.

 In the event of the committee receiving written notification on or before January 1, 2019, Banff Western Connection shall refund the entire exhibitor payment, less an administration fee of $500 per booth plus applicable tax. For cancellations received after January 1, 2019, the entire payment shall be forfeited by the exhibitor unless the committee is able to re-sell the booth space under similar terms and conditions, in which case the exhibitor shall only forfeit an administration fee of $500 plus applicable tax.

 In the event that space is not occupied per agreement at the close of exhibit installation, the exhibitor shall forfeit all payments.
