Stephen Jagger is an entrepeneur, author and speaker. He started his entrepreneurial journey in 2000 when he and long time business partner Mike Stephenson setup Combustion Hosting (acquired '06), followed by Ubertor Realtor Software (acquired '13). In 2012 they headed to the Philippines and setup OutsourcingThingsDone.com to provide virtual assistants to real estate professionals. OutsourcingThingsDone.com grew to 150 employees and discovered a need for HR and payroll software for the Philippines and they answered that call by setting up a company called PayrollHero, focused on time, attendance, scheduling, HR and payroll for the Philippines and Singapore. After living in Manila and Singapore for 4 years with his wife and children, Stephen returned back to Vancouver to launch Instant Messaging Real Estate Corp. to provide artificial intelligence services to the real estate industry. Stephen co-authored the book Sociable! in 2009 with Shane Gibson and has spoken around the world at various real estate conferences, Entrepreneur Organization chapters and boards of trade events.
Bill Lublin, CEO of Century 21 Advantage Gold, Pennsylvania's largest Century 21 firm, literally "wrote the book" about technology and social media for REALTORS as the lead author of the 2010 AND 2015 rewrites of e-Pro, the technology certification of NAR, and served as the 2017 Chairman of NAR’s Data Strategies Committee.
A working REALTOR with a love for technology, Bill created NAR's TechEdge event, has been named one of Inman’s Most Influential in Real Estate three times,and was acknowledged as one of Swanepoel's 200 most influential in Real Estate. Bill speaks around the world on Technology and real estate, aiming to deliver actionable items to his audience

Errol is the chief industry development officer for Zillow Group and is responsible for industry relations strategy and business-to-business product development and tools in the Zillow Group brand portfolio. He joined Zillow in 2014.
Errol has more than 20 years of experience in technology and the real estate industry. He has been named one of Inman News’ 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders in the U.S. for seven consecutive years and ranked No. 19 on the Swanepoel Power 200 list of most powerful people in U.S. residential real estate.
Previously, Errol held the roles of chief strategy officer and chief revenue officer at Move, Inc. While at Move, he was also president of Realtor.com from 2007 to 2014, and president of Move’s business-to-business, Top Producer Systems from 2003 to 2007. Before joining Move, Samuelson was co-founder of real estate consultancy Pranix and was director of sales and product management in the real estate, mortgage banking, and law enforcement verticals at GTE Enterprise Solutions. He also was one of the original designers of T-III, a ground-breaking system that introduced interactive mapping and Internet networking to the multiple listing service business.
Errol graduated with honors from Simon Fraser University with a bachelor's degree in applied science (electronics engineering).
